I did the same vector there some day.

BUT,Discluding the eyes,it is very nice,All i can say is to add less nodes to it (The Bumpy parts are noticeable) You also have some areas where you forgot to make the end sharp (Example: if you look at her back legs and see right bellow her cuttie mark,that one line isn't sharpened)
It looks like that you are using Photoshop (i maybe wrong)
If you REALLY want the best results,Use Adobe Illustrator (people say InkScape....i really don't recommend that,it is too confusing). This Program is made specifically for Vectoring

This is probably why you got the results like this...Yes,it is free,but it's just not professional, Adobe Illustrator may cost money (Well...you could use warez like ThePirateBay) but it is professional
Adobe is chosen by every one for a reason,and it is user friendly,i used InkScape and i didn't know what to do at all,the Adobe tools were easy to understand even when i first started using it
BUT,this is all Opinion,so it doesn't matter what we say really
